As the licensed national association, WLA represents its members' collective interests before the Federal and Provincial Governments, the Ministry of Commerce, the Federal Board of Revenue, the State Bank of Pakistan, the Board of Investment and other regulatory bodies and institutions.

• Representation on sector matters — taxation, financing schemes, bonded warehousing, cold chain and CPEC
• Circulars and notifications on regulatory changes affecting members
• Membership certificates and letters confirming good standing

Business visa counselling & recommendation

Members travelling abroad for trade, exhibitions, supplier visits or business development can obtain counselling on documentation and a recommendation letter from the Association in support of their business visa application.

• Available to members in good standing
• Recommendation issued on the Association's letterhead addressed to the relevant mission
• Guidance on the supporting documents typically required

Trainings & seminars

WLA organises and facilitates capacity-building sessions to raise standards across the sector and keep members abreast of best practices and regulation.
